Dove risiede l’amore
Dove corde dorate suonano canzoni così dolci
e risiedono i tanti colori del rosso
lì risiede anche il mio amore
Quando il canto di un passero tocca la mia anima
e i segni della primavera mostrano i loro colori
così appaiono anche i colori del mio amore
Se la pioggia arriva e le nuvole mi oscurano
e se le mie lacrime cadono come le gocce che scorrono lungo i vetri della finestra
purificano il mio cuore così l’amore può risplendere di nuovo
E, ciò che mi accade, che sia felice o triste
è la consapevolezza che domani sarà un giorno più luminoso
Perché guardo al cielo e so che lì risiede il più grande amore

Where Love Resides
Where golden strings play songs so sweet
and the many colors of red reside
there also resides my love
When the song of a sparrow touches my soul
and the signs of Spring show off their colors
So also shows off the colors of my love
If the rains come and clouds shadow me
and if my tears fall like the drops that stream down my window
they cleanse my heart so love can shine through again
And, what comes my way, whether happy or sad
I know tomorrow will bring a brighter day
For I look to the heavens and know, the greatest love resides there
