nudi, carini,
con uno sguardo accecante e puro
che s’inchioda dolcemente
come un coltello nella nostra anima
Che il Signore stia sempre
al tuo fianco, per sistemare
gli abiti bianchi della tua vita futura
Nel pomeriggio lasci
le stelle dei tuoi sogni
per illuminare la nostra età incerta
Nell’ offuscamento della nostra immaginazione
nella nostra mente i tropi furiosi
scatenano la tua cura in armonia
Le date della tua prossima vita
continuano a tornare nei nostri ricordi
che non sono ancora nati
ma che esisteranno irrevocabilmente

Ci riempie di colori, odori

Christos Dikbasanis, nato a Salonicco nel 1961, è un poeta, scrittore e studioso di religione. Laureato presso la Scuola Teologica di AUTH, ha conseguito un master (MTH) in studi religiosi. La sua vasta opera si estende dalla poesia, ai saggi e alle storie brevi, con i suoi pezzi letterari presenti in numerose antologie e tradotti in diverse lingue. La poesia di Dikbasanis è stata adattata anche per il palcoscenico, mostrando la sua gamma creativa. È membro di diverse organizzazioni letterarie e ha ricevuto

Silently your crying begins
to tear our sky apart
Melody of a beautiful angelic world
which arrives with little feet
naked, cute,
with a blindingly pure look
that nails it sweet
like a knife in our soul
May the Lord always stand
by your side, to arrange
the white clothes of your future life
In the afternoon you leave
the stars of your dreams
to illuminate our doubtful age
In the crazy fog of our imagination
in our mind the furious tropes
you unleash your care into harmony
The dates of your upcoming life
keep coming back to our memories
that were not born yet
but they are going to exist irrevocably
May the Lord be with you always

Christos Dikbasanis, born in Thessaloniki in 1961, is an accomplished poet, writer, and religious scholar. A graduate of the Theological School of AUTH, he holds a master’s degree (MTH) in Religious Studies. His extensive body of work spans poetry, essays, and short stories, with his literary pieces featured in numerous anthologies and translated into multiple languages. Dikbasanis’ poetry has also been adapted for the stage, showcasing his creative range. He is a member of several literary organizations and has received prestigious national and international awards for his contributions to literature and culture, reflecting his profound commitment to the arts.
